A modern complex of warehouse buildings for logistics and distribution activities is being designed in Domeikawa municipality, strategically located near the A1 motorway. The project provides for large-scale, two-storey warehouse buildings adapted to intensive traffic management, as well as a well-developed engineering and transport infrastructure.

The warehouse complex comprises five main warehouses with mezzanines, ancillary rooms and administrative workplaces. Full service units for employees are provided, including a canteen, changing areas, sanitary facilities and security posts. The complex also has separate buildings for security, ancillary facilities and a pumping station.

The project also includes:

  • two fire protection tanks of 1060 m³ each,
  • biological wastewater treatment plants,
  • storage tanks for surface water,
  • ventilation, electricity and low-current networks,
  • ~10600 m² of freight car parking and several hundred car parking spaces (including charging spaces for electric cars).

The buildings are designed to be A++ energy performance class, with integrated solar power solutions. The internal spaces are efficiently planned with maximum storage height, separate gates for freight and staff traffic, and clear zoning by function.

The architectural expression is laconic, functionalist in nature – focused on operational efficiency and durability. The façades are formed of durable, modern materials such as profiled steel panels, glass and concrete elements.
