LSMU Hospital Kaunas Clinics car park

The site falls within the visual protection zone of the Kaunas Fortress 7th Fortress and adjoins the visual protection zone of the Kaunas Clinics building complex.

The project is an open multi-storey car storage facility. The building is intended for employees and visitors of LSMU Hospital Kaunas Clinics. The multi-storey car park has a total of 300 parking spaces and an area of ~ 8900 m². The building is not heated.

The façade cladding is designed in openwork perforated Cor-Ten natural steel panels. This material is used to clad the envelope on each floor around the perimeter of the building. Part of the envelope and staircase walls are finished in monolithic concrete. Only part of the concrete structures were painted.
