Design solutions

Two modern commercial buildings are being constructed in Bukiškio village, Avižienių municipality, which will become a strategically important object for business and trade development in this part of Vilnius district. They have been designed in accordance with modern standards of architecture, technology and functionality, aiming at convenience for both customers and businesses.

The buildings are one storey with mezzanine floor, and are intended for retail, warehousing and administrative activities. The main areas will be dominated by retail space, while the mezzanines will be used for office and administrative space.

Architectural solutions

The exterior design of the buildings is based on minimalist and modern trends. The main façade materials are aluminium-glass systems, which will provide natural light and give the buildings a presentable appearance. The façades will combine glass, aluminium and dark metallic finishes to provide solidity and aesthetic integrity.

Technological features

Buildings are designed to meet the requirements of energy efficiency class A++. They will be equipped with modern heating, ventilation and lighting systems that will optimise energy consumption and ensure comfortable working and shopping conditions. Engineering systems include efficient LED lighting, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, and advanced rainwater harvesting and wastewater treatment technologies.

Functionality and customisation

The shopping centre has been designed with convenient logistics in mind. Large warehousing facilities will allow efficient distribution and storage of goods, while access areas for goods vehicles will ensure smooth pick-up and drop-off. There are also convenient car parks, electric car charging stations and bicycle racks.

The project is integrated into the local infrastructure, providing good access to major roads and Vilnius city centre. In this way, commercial buildings will become an important part of the local economy, stimulating the development of business and services in the region.
