A sports complex for professional and amateur sports is being designed in the southern part of Jonava. The main elements of the facility are a sports building, two football pitches (one with natural turf, the other with artificial turf), athletics tracks, a retaining wall, a shelter and infrastructure for the dome (arena).

The building has three functional areas: for athletes (changing rooms, showers, doping control, referees’ and officials’ rooms), spectators (lounge with sanitary facilities) and storage (indoor and outdoor equipment). Entrances for athletes and spectators are separated to ensure flow and security.

The façades are covered with aluminium composite panels, with a protective canopy over the entire main façade. The complex meets the requirements for universal design and accessibility for people with disabilities, with accessible sanitary facilities, clear escape routes and tactile signage.

The project is designed for long-term use, low maintenance costs and the possibility of integrating a stadium in the future.
