Moki-Vezi logistics centre

A new warehouse and logistics building on Jogėliškių Street in Vilnius is being designed with the main objective of creating a modern, functional and efficient space for logistics operations. The building is designed in accordance with the highest energy efficiency standards (class A++) and sustainability principles, thus ensuring its long-term efficiency.

The architectural solutions provide clear functional zoning and an optimal layout of the premises to ensure smooth management of storage processes. The volumetric structure of the building is simple and rational, allowing maximum use of space for logistics operations. The technological and architectural solutions allow for efficient management of large cargo flows and safe working conditions.

The building’s structural solutions are designed to ensure mechanical strength, stability and fire safety. High-quality, durable materials are used, meeting both functional and aesthetic requirements. The exterior of the building is designed using modern materials to give the building a modern appearance and ensure its durability.

The design also focuses on the health and comfort of the environment and the employees, with comfortable rest areas, optimally planned sanitary and domestic facilities, and universal design principles.
