A modern warehouse complex for logistics and warehousing activities has been designed and built in Liepkalnio Street, Vilnius. The total area of the building is almost 30,000 square metres. The building is located on an area of almost 6 hectares, making efficient use of the intensity and density of the plot.
The project consists of a single-storey main volume with a mezzanine for storage and logistics. The interior of the warehouse has been designed to optimise the movement of goods and the efficiency of the staff – up to 195 people can work in two shifts and up to 130 people at a time.
In addition to the main warehouse space, the warehouse complex includes additional structures such as truck access areas, car parking areas, staff rest areas, a control point and site security facilities. The building is equipped with modern technologies to ensure high energy efficiency requirements (“A+” energy class) and maximum ease of use.
The project reflects the modern trend in warehouse development, combining functionality, energy efficiency and durable technical solutions. The building integrates integrally into the southern industrial-logistic zone of Vilnius, reinforcing its strategic role in the infrastructure system of the city and region.
