Design solutions

A modern apartment building is planned to be built in Pušaloto Street in Vilnius to complement the intensive residential area. The building is designed taking into account the urban context, combining architectural and engineering solutions, ensuring comfort and high quality of life for the residents.

The building consists of two blocks with height variations of six storeys. The project includes 185 apartments, most of which will have balconies or terraces to ensure natural light and privacy. The underground part of the building includes a car park, bicycle storage and technical rooms.

Architectural solutions

The architecture of a multi-storey building is shaped by combining functionality and aesthetics. The main façade materials are clinker and textured plaster in different shades, which create a visual rhythm and give the building a modern, durable appearance. The facades also include glass balcony partitions and decorative metal elements.

The height of the building varies from 2 to 6 storeys, adapting to the surrounding development and ensuring harmonious integration into the site. The volume of the building is shaped in such a way as to maximise the greenery of the inner courtyard and to provide a cosy space for residents to relax.

Technological features

The apartment block is designed to comply with energy efficiency class A++. The design includes:

  • Mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery;
  • Using solar energy to light common areas;
  • Rainwater harvesting system for irrigating green areas;
  • High-efficiency heating and ventilation systems with low energy consumption.

The underground car park has 145 parking spaces, including 31 spaces for electric cars and 8 spaces for people with disabilities. There are also 64 bicycle storage spaces to meet the growing demand for sustainable transport.

Functionality and customisation

The project area is designed for easy accessibility and quality of life. Access to the building is planned both from Pušaloto Street and from the inner courtyard, which will be pedestrian-only. The courtyard area includes children’s playgrounds, recreation areas and landscaped areas.

The ground floors of the building are designed for multi-purpose commercial or service functions, with storefront windows, which will form an active street perimeter and help to create a lively environment.

This project will contribute to the modernisation of Vilnius’ residential areas and offer high quality housing with innovative technical solutions.
