In the northern part of Plungė, on Stoties Street, a former warehouse building is to be reconstructed to accommodate modern commercial activities. The project will provide a modern commercial building focused on construction, repair and garden goods.

The building has clearly demarcated functional areas: a spacious sales hall, a reception and delivery area and an administrative block. There is also a separate goods dispensing area with drive-in access.

The architectural expression of the building is modern and laconic, in line with the typology of commercial buildings. The volumetric composition is fragmented in order to harmonise the scale of the building with the adjacent development and the Plungė Manor building complex. The design is for a single-storey, compact building.

The façade cladding uses metal panels in dark and light grey tones, combined with glass and aluminium elements. These solutions give the building an impression of integrity, modernity and technological purity.

Parking lots, outdoor shopping areas and landscaped areas are being created next to the building. These elements ensure both functional convenience and aesthetic integrity of the environment.

The project implements the principles of energy efficiency and sustainability, with an A++ energy efficiency class, smart engineering systems, electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle racks.

The layout of the site is based on a clear urban logic: easy accessibility, efficient traffic flow organisation and a balanced planting structure.
