A commercial building (shop) is planned in the northern part of the plot, towards Žalgirio str. The western part of the building is to be used as an unloading ramp, with heavy vehicle access from Žalgirio Street.

The visual expression of the building is oriented towards the architecture of the typological group (commercial buildings) – moderate and stylistically uniform.

The aim is to integrate the building into the urban environment of the central part of the city and to improve the visual quality of the immediate environment. External finishes shall be of non-offensive colours and light tones. The arrangement of the shop windows and the façade cladding panels shall reduce the scale of the building. The main facades of the building shall coincide with the main axes of the streets. The shop building has contemporary architectural and typological features typical of the period: a clear composition, a predominantly rectangular volume of the shop floor.
