A new industrial-manufacturing building with an office block is planned for Fortų Street, next to the industrial and commercial zone. The main objective of the project is to centralise the production, warehousing and technical service functions, combining them into a single, efficiently managed complex.

The architecture of the building has a clear volumetric structure, with large areas dedicated to production and warehousing processes, and a two-storey administrative area separated by a glass façade. The main entrances are oriented towards Fortų Street, forming a representative part of the building with public access.

The production area includes high-bay workshops, ground-level loading gates, internal logistics corridors and separate technical units for servicing equipment. The administrative area includes office space, meeting rooms and staff lounges.

The architectural solution combines functionality with contemporary aesthetics, using metal composite panels, glass and anthracite-coloured finishes. The building is designed to an A+ energy performance class, with heat pumps, ventilation heat recovery and rooftop solar integration.
